AblateCare
Terms of Service
Effective July 1, 2026
These terms describe how patients, providers, and approved administrators may use AblateCare for clinician-supervised post-ablation follow-up and connected-device review.
Use Of The Service
AblateCare supports clinician-supervised post-ablation follow-up, patient check-ins, wearable context, rhythm artifact review, care-team communication, and related operational workflows.
AblateCare is not an emergency service. Patients should call emergency services or contact their clinician directly for urgent symptoms, severe chest pain, fainting, stroke symptoms, severe shortness of breath, or any other emergency.
Clinical Review
Wearable and device data may help authorized providers understand recovery context, symptoms, activity, sleep, heart rate, HRV, oxygen trends, and rhythm artifacts when available.
Wearable data is not an autonomous diagnosis and does not replace clinician judgment, medical evaluation, or individualized medical advice.
Patient Responsibilities
Patients are responsible for providing accurate check-in information, using the account assigned to them, and following care-team instructions.
Patients choose whether to connect wearable sources or upload device exports. Device availability, data completeness, and sync timing depend on the device provider, patient permissions, and technical availability.
Provider And Admin Access
Provider and administrator access is limited to approved users. Users must keep credentials secure and access only information they are authorized to review.
AblateCare may log access, actions, device connections, and workflow events for security, auditability, clinical operations, and support.
Acceptable Use
Users may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with system operation, upload malicious content, or use the service for unauthorized access to patient information.
AblateCare may suspend or restrict access when needed to protect patients, providers, data security, system integrity, or legal and regulatory obligations.
Availability And Changes
AblateCare may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for security, compliance, clinical workflow, product operations, or third-party integration changes.
Third-party wearable integrations are subject to the terms, availability, APIs, permissions, and data quality of the relevant device provider.
